Payments are released on a NET 60 schedule and then are released automatically. For any referrals who churn prior to the first payout, there are no commissions eligible.

The referral cookie life is 60 days. If a user purchases the product after 60 days since the first referred visit, the conversion won’t be tracked anymore unless your affiliate link is clicked again by the referral.

Our tracking is based on browser cookies, so if your potential referral used a different browser/device from the visit to sign up, cleared their cookies, or used incognito, the signup might not be tracked. If you are 100% sure the sign up or sale were not tracked correctly, reach out to our support team at [email protected].

If you are purchasing a second account for yourself, yes you may do so with your own affiliate link.
