When will I get paid?
Payments are released on a NET 90 schedule and then are released automatically. For any referrals who churn prior to the first payout, there are no commissions eligible.
What’s the referral cookie life?
The referral cookie life is 60 days. If a user purchases the product after 60 days since the first referred visit, the conversion won’t be tracked anymore unless your affiliate link is clicked again by the referral.
My friend/client signed up without using the referral link. What can I do?
Email [email protected] if you believe that someone you referred signed up but you are not seeing it on your affiliate portal.
Why can’t I see my sign-ups and/or rewards?
Our tracking is based on browser cookies, so if your potential referral used a different browser/device from the visit to sign up, cleared their cookies, or used incognito, the signup might not be tracked. If you are 100% sure the sign up or sale were not tracked correctly, reach out to our support team at [email protected].
Can I sign up using my own referral link?
If you are purchasing a second account for yourself, yes you may do so with your own affiliate link.
Can I sign up on behalf of my clients through my own referral link?
Customers must sign up for CRM Done Better themselves to confirm the Terms & Conditions. If they need help signing up, we recommend you guiding them through clicking your link and signing up using their computer.
